Q. I have not received validation email to publish my ads?
When you post an ad our servers send email with validation link to your email address. These e-mails are sent with ABSOLUTELY NO DELAY at all. If you have not received validation email this may happen due to couple of reasons.
1. It may have gone to your bulk or spam folder.
2. You may have a typo in email address while posting ad.
3. Some email providers filter emails if sender is not in your address book or contact list or safe list.
Q. How can I again get validation email to publish my ads?
You can do one of the following to get the validation link again. Try step 1 first.
1. Go to Forgot password. Provide your email address that you used to post your ad and we will send validation email again.
2. If step 1 doesn't work. Click on Feedback Select "Validation Link" as feed back type and submit your request. One of our customer support members will send you the required information.
Q. What should I do avoid delays receiving emails or lost emails in future?
To avoid any delays in receiving email from VAgree.com or to prevent them from going to bulk or junk folder add our email id to your address book when you receive a email form VAgree.com.

Q. What is a category?
Select a category for which you want to search or post your posting. You can select a category by clicking on one of the icons under "Select a Category". Example of a category is Home for rent, Dating etc.

Q. I don't see my city in city list?
If you don't see your city of interest alternatively you can give a zip/postal code. Or you can do a radius search for the zip/postal code.

Q. What is Save "Search Criteria To Preferences"?
This feature is only available for registered logged in users. Using this feature you can specify search criteria for a category and save it to your profile. When you login again the search criteria is pre-populated for that particular category. Saved search criteria can be edited/deleted any time.
Q. Do I need to login to save my search criteria?
Yes you need to register and login using your user id and password to save your search criteria.
Q. What is "Records Per Page" on search screen?
You can specify how many rows you want to see on each page.
Q. My search brings no result or just few results?
If your search brings no or too few results. You should broaden your search criteria by leaving most fields to their default values. Search results are directly proportional to how specific is your search criteria. A very specific search criteria make your search narrow and results into a smaller no of results.
Q. My search brings too many results more than what I need?
If your search brings too many results that means your search criteria is too broad. You need to be more specific in your search criteria.
Q. Do I need to login/register to search?
No it's not required to login or be a registered user to search.

Q. Do I need to login to post?
No it's not required to login to post a ad. If you are not logged in you will receive a email from us with a link to publish your ad. We send all the emails without any delay. If you do not get emails right away there is a delay with your email provider. If you have a YAHOO email account you may experience a delay or you may not get any emails at all. In that case we recommend using an alternate email account.
Q. When will my posting be published for public?
Normally there is a delay between when you post a ad and when it's made available to public for search. This time is required by VAgree to process your ad. Usually this delay is between 1 minute to a maximum of 1 hour.
Q. Can I Edit/Delete my ads after I post them?
Yes you can edit or delete your ad any time after it is published. To edit or delete you need to login using your user id and password. Go to "My Account" tab and than "My Postings". Look for the post id you want to edit or delete. To edit click on the thumbnail of post id once you have located it. To delete check the check box in front of the post id and hit the delete button.
Q. Can I upload pictures later after I post my ads?
Yes you can upload or delete pictures to your ad any time after is published. To upload or delete the pictures Go to "My Account" tab and than "My Postings". Look for the post id for which you want to upload or delete pictures. To upload/delete pictures click on the thumbnail of post id once you have located it. In the left had menu look for "Posting Images" and click on it. Now you can upload or delete images to your posting. Please note that number of images that can be uploaded for a given ad varies from category to category.
Q. How can I renew my ad(s)?
To renew your ad Go to "My Account" tab and than "My Postings". Look for the post id(s) which you want to renew and check the check box in front of them. Click on the renew button. Ads which have less than 10 days of validity left in expiring are displayed in light shade of red.
Q. When are my ads deleted by system?
Ads can be deleted in three cases.
1) A ad expires because its validity is over and you have not renewed it.
2) You explicitly delete a ad by going in my postings.
3) VAgee admin reviews the content of ads and finds it of abusive nature.

Q. How do I change my password?
To change your password go to "My Account". Check the box change my password, enter your old password and select a new password and click update.
Q. I have forgotten my password?
Click on the forgot password link on the login page. Provide your email address and you will receive your password by email.
Q. How can I control what information others see when I post an ad?
Under "My Account" you can select different options "Display Only Phone", "Display Only E-mail" or "Display Both". When you post a ad users viewing your ad would see your contact information based on the option you selected in "My Account"
Q. When I create an account will my information be shared with any one?
No we do not sell trade or share information of our users with any company or individual. Information collected about you is only used for managing your VAgree account and nothing else. For details please read our Privacy Policy.
Q. What is "My Postings"?
Under my postings you can edit/delete or renew your postings. You can also upload or delete images for your posting under this option.
Q. What is "My Favorites"?
When you search you can add posting that are of interest to you to your favorite list. Under "My Favorite" you can view your favorite list of your ads or remove ads from your favorite list.
Q. What is "My Preferences"?
Under My Preferences you can maintain preferences for search location and different search criteria's. You can delete or edit a particular preference. These preferences are saved to your profile. This feature can only be used by logged in user.
Q. What is "Messages Received"?
Other VAgree users who are interested in ad posted by you can send you an message. You can accept or reject an message sent by other users. This feature is available only to logged in users.
Q. What is "Messages Sent"?
Under this option you can see if message sent by you has been accepted or rejected by a user. You can also delete message sent by you to other users. Other users will not see messages sent by you once you have deleted them.

Q. What does report abuse do?
If you find any thing of abusive nature or any that is illegal or not appropriate content you should report it as abuse. When you report abuse an ad our admin staff reviews the content of the posting. If it's found of inappropriate nature its deleted form our systems and user who posted may be warned or his account may be suspended/terminated. Report abuse link is available in posting detail view of every ad and also under "Interest Received". We encourage that if you see any posting of such nature please report them as abuse. It helps us keeping VAgree a healthy safe place for our communities.
Q. What happens when I submit a feedback?
Once we receive your feedback our development and process flow teams review it and then they make every possible effort to incorporate your valuable suggestions.
Q. I am a minor can I use VAgree?
NO. As a minor you are not allowed to use VAgree.com. You are advised that you do not use this site if you are a minor as this site has things like dating and buying selling. As a minor you are at a greater risk of interacting and dealing with dangerous people. So please don't use this site if you are a minor.
Q. Who can use VAgree?
Any body that is legally adult as per your country law can use VAgree, but being adult does not mean that you are absolutely safe when using this site. Please be careful when you are dealing with people whom you don't know. Be cautious when you are exchanging your information. VAgree takes no responsibility of warranties of any kind for content posted by other users. Please read terms of use for details.
Q. Should I blindly trust other VAgree users and give them my information without any second thought?
No. Be very careful when you are exchanging information with other users. Do not deal with people from other countries or from far of places. Always think twice about exchanging your information with other users and choosing people with whom you want to deal. Q. How To be safe while using VAgree.com?
Please note that the list below is just a hint of how to use VAgree safely. The list is not exhaustive and will not ensure that if you follow these tips you will be safe. You are still required to exercise care and be thoughtful of what you are doing and when you make your choices when you are posting an ad or dealing with any one.
Tips for being safe on VAgree.
1) Do not deal with people from other countries or far of place. Try to deal with local people only.
2) Do not give your personal information e.g. social insurance number or Social Security Number, credit card number, Bank account numbers to others over the Internet. VAgree never sends e-mails asking for such information. If you receive such emails thay are fraud, delete them immediately.
3) Do not believe in deals that sound too sweet, because such deals may turn out to be a trap.
4) Do all financial transactions in person. Avoid doing these transaction over wire/online or by paper mail.
5) Do not get in trap if some body offers you some easy money for some small help. Some body may be trying to set you up. NEVER EVER GET IN SENDING/RECEIVING MONEY ON WIRE / SENDING/RECEVING MONEY ORDERS/BANK CHEQUES in post. Do all financial transactions in person.
